Monterosso Calabro is ready to celebrate the richness and variety of Calabrian cuisine with one of the most anticipated events of the summer: the 12th edition of the Festival of Flavors. On Friday, August 22, starting at 8:30 PM, the village transforms into a large open-air restaurant, a celebration that blends culinary tradition, socializing, and culture into a truly unmissable evening designed to win the hearts (and palates) of everyone.

The Star: Calabrian Cuisine in All Its Diversity

As the organizers say, “it’s a special festival because you don’t eat just one thing.” The true protagonist is the most authentic and spontaneous Calabrian cuisine, a journey through the dishes that have made the history of our tables. Not just one flavor, but an entire encyclopedia of taste, for a complete gastronomic experience that represents the essence of Calabria.
